A: Start Outlook Express Backup Plus and Setup a project by using wizard or simply add a destination media for output archive.

Q: What is destination media?
A: Destination media is the type of storage, currently, Outlook Express Backup Plus has included three store types: output as a file, write to FTP server or burn to writable CD/DVD.

Q: How to enable scheduler?
A: First you need setup a scheduler for current backup project, change to scheduler page on main screen and enable it by checking "Enable Scheduler" check-box, and then please choose a schedule type with details; Second, please save the project and click "Start Schedule" button on main-screen.

Q: How to restore my backup archive?
A: The backup archive has an extend name ".oeb", please double-click the file and the restore wizard will open for you automatically with this archive, please following the wizard step by step, your Outlook Express will be restored and up.

Q: What is identity?
A: In earlier versions of Outlook Express, you can distinguish between multiple users by creating user profiles. In Outlook Express 5 and later, a new feature called identities performs this function.
