Lost registration code

If you are a registered user, and for whatever reason, you do not receive an email with a registration code within a reasonable amount of time (24 hours for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments), please send an e-mail to register@staticbackup.com . Once we receive the request, we'll resend your registration code to you as soon as possible.
